WHAT WE DO
We provide smart investment management that ultra-wealthy families have used for decades. Our investment approach is tax efficient and low cost – based on worldwide asset allocation, deep diversification and consistent rebalancing. PowerHouse Assets implements the investment strategy by using exchange traded index funds as well as having access to mutual funds offered by Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA). Founder and CEO, Alice Finn, has used this investment approach successfully for her high net worth clients for more than 25 years. And now, PowerHouse Assets brings this intelligent approach to you.
To enhance our clients’ financial life outcomes, and ensure a better investment experience, investments have to be aligned with our clients’ goals and values. To that end, we take the time to explore with you where you are, where you want to go, and what matters to you. Whatever your goals and challenges are, we’ll tackle them with you!
PowerHouse Assets takes the intimidation out of investing. We speak investing, but in terms that are easy to understand. No confusing terminology, no smoke and mirrors. Just the facts, plain and simple.
We have found that many of our female clients prefer and learn best through a supportive community created especially for them. To that end, we host PowerHouse gatherings, where we educate women about investing to give them the confidence they need to achieve long-term financial success. What is different is how the information is presented to women: speaking with them, not at them. And also where it is presented: at intimate PowerHouse gatherings, held in the comfort of a friend’s home or via Zoom. In these one-hour gatherings, we clearly and simply teach the Five Rules of Investing, giving women a solid grounding in the key investment fundamentals. This gained knowledge results in confidence –– all a part of the PowerHouse formula, and one that allows our clients to build better, richer lives by taking control of their personal financial futures.
