Rali is resolute that every woman have a chance to lead an independent, authentic and empowered life.

Her work with PowerHouse Assets, LLC since 2012 has been paramount to her resolve. She helped launch the mission-driven investment management firm and has been instrumental over the years in the design and implementation of the firm’s business operations, culture and vision.  As COO, she has an integral role in the sustainable, creative and efficient growth of the firm’s capacity and operations in alignment with its mission to give women investment self-confidence.

Prior to PowerHouse Assets LLC, Ralitza had over 7 years of experience working on Wall Street trading floors, on foreign exchange and emerging market bond desks for global financial institutions like HSBC and South Africa-based Standard Bank. She managed relationships with over thirty institutional, private bank, and high net-worth clients in the U.S., providing product recommendations in emerging markets sovereign and corporate bonds, local currency credit-linked notes, and various credit and currency structures.  Additionally, she helped clients diversify and leverage risk through syndicated loans and repo financing.

She currently serves on the Board of the Creative Action Institute, a non-profit organization that catalyzes leadership and community change, as well as builds capacity for innovation, collaboration and resilience to advance conservation, health, and human rights globally.

She holds a MA in Law & Diplomacy with focus on international finance from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a BS Magna Cum Laude in International Relations and Corporate Communications from Drexel University, where she enrolled from her home country of Bulgaria.

She is a proud mom of two amazing girls and an avid fashionista.
